About WCC

On Christmas Eve, 1967, an American soldier survived another night in Vietnam. His prayers were answered with a safe return home to discover his path in life.

Inspired by the precious children whom he helped clothe and feed during the Vietnam War, Mr. Bill’s faith assured him to “continue helping the children.”

In 1989, putting everything he had on the line, Mr. Bill and his wife, Cheryl, built and opened Weigelstown Child Care in Dover, Pennsylvania. Since then, countless children have continued to grow, learn, and thrive within WCC’s walls and beyond.

Thanks to “the village” that still carries a soldier’s calling, we all “wake up happy” to PUT THE KIDS FIRST.

Our centers have been family owned and operated since 1989. WCC,LLC includes three generations of management to support its family-friendly environment.

Our dedicated and nurturing educators are a valued part of the welcoming atmosphere! They’re grateful to be involved in your child’s first learning and social foundations.

WCC’s longevity has created a full-circle experience! We often have WCC alumni enroll their own children and/or become employees!
